As you see, the label shows 3000mg. When I saw the other side of the label the information was "3000mg each 3 capsules", 1000mg each capsule indeed. The cost was more than I pay to buy the 1000 mg retail, but I purchased it because it was "3000 mg". But when I got the bottle and read the instructions, each caplet is 1000 mg, not 3000 mg. So I paid more for 3 bottles than I could have purchased it locally at retail prices. It has helped me and my family in many ways. It really helped my teenagers' acne problems. After taking these capsules 2 per day, their acne was already improving within 3 days, with less redness in their faces after the first day.
