Also, it's great that it doesn't require refrigeration. Jarrow's does.I've used coconut oil for about two months now and love the flavor (esp with chicken & vegetables). It's also AMAZING used topically. I use it after bathing and also as a facial moisturizer before bed. In the short time that I've used it, it's made such a huge difference as a moisturizer (much better than the various expensive store-bought products I've used for years). The fragrance is divine. One reason why I'm more likely to buy Spectrum is because the coconut oil is packaged in a glass jar. There's none of the potential nastiness leaching out of the plastic and into the oil.
